Meet Harrison, a 1 year old Australian Shepherd mix who weighs around 35 lbs.  Harrison is a bit shy with new people and new situations but warms up quickly with treats and experience. He loves to snuggle, have his back scratched and give kisses. Mostly, he just wants to hang out with his people.

Harrison is great with other dogs, in fact, homes without another dog will not be considered as another dog will help him gain confidence.  He also likes cats.  He loves to play with toys, run and wrestle.  He should not be unsupervised while outside in the yard, as he will jump a fence so that he can find and be near his people.  Harrison is doing well with house training and has free run of the house while at home alone with no accidents.  He is also great on a leash and listens very well.

Ultimately, sweet and funny Harrison is looking for a forever home that will patiently help him through his shyness and inexperience and love him like a member of their family.

Harrison’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, neuter  and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes.  We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes and we will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
