This adorable little munchkin is Mackey! He's 4 years old and weighs 6.5lbs. His Foster Family is working on adding a few pounds and found out he really likes scrambled eggs! He's house trained, working on crate training and he likes his crate, sleeping in there at night and hanging out in there at times during the day. He gets along great with the 14lb dog in his Foster Home, was very well-behaved with bigger dogs & kids at a recent Adoption Event and hasn't met any cats yet. Mackey is a very sweet boy who loves to snuggle with his Foster Parents, whether it's in their laps or curled up in their arms. He's also very affectionate and gives plenty of kisses on hands & faces! This little guy is playful and loves exploring, especially where the treats are kept! He's energetic and is always in motion, checking things out. His favorite game is fetch with a small, squeaky tennis ball or sock. He can't get enough playtime yet when it's time to snuggle, he's ready! Mackey loves to go for walks with his Foster Dad & brother and is learning to walk nicely on a leash and he enjoys going for car rides where he's a great passenger. He's a smart guy who is learning new commands and already knows the word No and responds to his name. He's not a yappy little dog, but he certainly knows what he wants and isn't shy about letting people know. He was well-behaved at the groomer and also when getting bathed in his Foster Home. He was such a good boy at an Adoption Event recently, letting people hold him, easily going from person to person, not shy at all. He will definitely bloom in his Forever Home!
