Denver is Mr. personality. He is a playful adult male who loves to go on walks, car rides, play fetch or tugs. He knows sit, lay down and shake/paw. He’s not afraid to use his voice to tell you he needs to go outside or wants to play. And he is the cutest listener, tilting his head on occasion when you talk to him.
Denver loves all people including kids. Especially if you are giving out back scratches or belly rubs. He is a bit dominant with other dogs, and seems to do well with dogs of similar size who are not dominant and prefers female dogs to play with. Cats are new for him so he finds them a bit suspicious but is tolerating them as long as they keep their distance.
He is currently on a weight loss journey. He would do well with someone committed to keeping up his diet. And he would benefit from either daily walks or a yard to run and play fetch in for exercise.

Denver’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
