Mia Farrow recently lost her favorite person in the world, and she’s now looking for a quiet, loving home where she can spend her golden years. Mia is a gentle, 14-year-old Maltese/Shih Tzu mix with a shy disposition. Once she feels comfortable, she can be a bit bossy, showing her spunky side! She tends to keep to herself around other animals but will come out of her shell when she feels safe. 

Mia has some minor anxiety, likely due to recent changes in her life, but with patience and love, she blossoms beautifully. Mia needs a quiet and loving home where she can feel secure. With her sweet and gentle nature, she would be an ideal companion for someone who has a soft spot for senior dogs and can provide the calm and affection she craves.

She’s almost fully house-trained and doesn’t require obedience training, making her a perfect companion for someone who wants a low-maintenance, sweet friend. Mia Farrow’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
