Bosco is looking for a playful family with a tidy home to call his own. He is dog and people friendly but likes to chase cats to play. He is independent but loves a good ear or butt rub and will sit on laps ever so often. He loves balls, bones, yak cheese and kongs. He is housebroken, crate trained and all around happy fellow. He has come a long way in our rescue. He has anxiety that caused some resource guarding and chewing behavior but he is now more relaxed and doing great in his foster home. A home with kids where toys and shoes laying around would not be a great fit for him, but a home with visiting children is fine as he loves belly rubs and playing fetch. He would love to have another dog to play with or go to the dog park often. He loves to go places and meet new people!

If you are a homebody, have a relaxed energy and want a walking partner or a dog who loves being your shadow, Bosco is the companion for you!

He is allergic to chicken which causes him to be very itchy so Salmon, turkey, beef, or Lamb. are great!

Bosco’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
