Meet Edwardo! [AKA Gordy/Eddie] A very smart obedient handsome dog. Our best breed guesses are Pitbull/Hound mix? Such an amazing brindle color.  He was found running the streets and hiding in some bushes. A very nice man climbed into the bushes and got him out. He was very skinny and clearly neglected and abused. Within 24 hours he blossomed into a happy boy that loves to play! He instantly did great with our old bossy dogs. This boy loves fetch and we play it daily.

Despite him doing well with our 3 dogs and the 3 fosters we have had with him.. he would do best as an only dog household.  But he can definitely go visit friends/dogs! He doesn't want to share his food and this causes issues if he's in a house with other dogs. Without dogs in home 0 issues.

We have 4 young children [3, 2, 4, 7] and they play with him daily. But because of his food issue he probably shouldn't go home with children under 6. Kids must understand they wouldn't be able to grab food out of his bowl. They can take his toys/play fetch as mine do daily. He's never had food issues with my kids/humans.

He is potty & crate trained and would make an excellent dog to just about any home. He loves to learn new things and he is very smart!

Eduardo ’s adoption fee is $275.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
