Hello, I'm Hershel, but please just call me Jax.  I am a chocolate lab mix, but I am very small only about 35 lbs.  I have a lot of energy and would love to go hiking or on long walks.  I would love a fenced in yard. I am a good boy and am house broke and crate trained.  I get along with other dogs, but may need to be fed in a separate room.  I walk nicely on a leash and I know basic commands. I am really affectionate and would love to have someone who could give me more exercise.

Our $275 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
