SHARLEY IS BONDED WITH HILLIARD (Hilly) AND THE TWO MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER.
** FENCE REQUIRED ** NO LITTLE KIDS **
Meet Sharley, a 9 year old Yorkie-Poodle mix. Sharley is an energetic loverboy who is happiest cuddled up next to his owner in between walks and time outside barking at squirrels and birds.
Sharley is mostly housebroken , walks well on the leash, knows basic commands like “no” and “crate”. Sharley is very reactive on walks, to humans and pups, and takes some time to warm up to most dogs.
Sharley does not have any teeth and eats mostly wet food .
Sharley requires grooming every 6-8 weeks , and sometimes more in the summer months as he is prone to overheating with his thick poodle fur.
Sharley has some separation anxiety when left alone .
Sharley’s ideal home would be a calm environment (absolutely no young children) where someone will be home often, and where he has a backyard to play in as he is a high energy pup. Sharley has had two seizures, that we believe are stress related, which is why a calm environment is key.
"Sharley's ideal forever home would be a calm house where he and his brother Hilliard are the only dogs, and someone is home most of the time"
***Sharley MUST be adopted with Hilliard (Hilly) as they are a bonded pair.
