Fully Fence yard is required & another confident dog in the home!
Ranger is a fluffy Golden Retriever/Beagle mix but looks more like a 'mini' Golden Retriever. He is about 30 lbs and 8 months old. He is a very sweet guy but can be very nervous/skittish with loud sounds and quick movements. He is looking for his forever home and family that is very loving and will help him come out of his shell. He will need time and patience as he adjusts to his new home and people while also learning that new things are not so scary.
He absolutely LOVES other dogs and playing with them. He is very submissive and has gotten along with every dog he has met. He also enjoys doing zoomies around the back yard and playing in the snow.
- Potty Trained: Never has accidents inside but does pee when excited or scared.
- Crate Trained: Loves his 'safe space' and will lay in there with the door open
- Needs a fenced yard because he is still scared of the leash
- Required: secure fenced yard (flight risk if scared) and another confident dog in the home.
- Cats: unknown
- Kids: 13 years and older (a quiet, calmer household would be best for him.)

Ranger's adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
