Edison is a 2 year old Boxer mix weighing around 80lbs. He was found as a stray, but don't let that fool you, he is super people friendly, good with other dogs and is not interested in the resident cat, he even played with a kitten at animal control. He seems to be housebroken, but is not a fan of the crate and barks until he is hoarse, he shows some signs of separation anxiety. He is not suited for apartment/townhome living. He would do best with someone who is home and not gone for any extended periods of time. He jumps right through baby gates so he may be fine left out of a crate. He is very playful and loves toys and would love another dog to play with. He is gentle so he may do okay with dog savy children, not sure if he would do well with smaller younger children due to his size. He will require a fenced in yard to play fetch and run, no e-fence. He is high energy and will fetch a toy until he passes out. He loves squeeky, stuffy toys and will bring you his toys for some playtime.He does not get on the furniture and knows how to sit nicely for treats. Get ready to play play play all the time with this guy.

_Edison____’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
