Hank is a 2 and a half year old, male, blue Heeler!   He came to Needy Paws Rescue as an accused chicken killer!!   That’s what a Heeler is suppose to do, herd the livestock right?  This young fella loves his dog and cat friends!  He is ready to play and play some more!!  Hank has lived outside his whole life and is quickly settling in to indoor living and loving it!  He follows his foster mom everywhere she goes.  He has not had an accident in the house yet!  Hank is going to be a loyal companion to his new family.  It is important to familiarize yourself with his breed!  He is a working breed and has a lot of energy!  His job is to herd, so yes he likes to grab at you and nudge at you to get his point across.  That’s his job after all!  Hank needs a securely fenced yard for him to enjoy himself outdoors safely.  He would love to have a dog friend to help him burn some energy.

Hank ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
