Hi, my name is Helena! I am a mild-mannered 9+ week old Shepherd mix. I am low to medium energy. I am very soft and very cuddly. I do not bark a lot. I enjoy snuggling, but I can also be comfortable exploring on my own, being independent, and slightly mischievous. I will be medium-large when fill grown. I have not been on a leash yet nor a collar, so I will need someone to take extra special care to introduce me to these things slowly and properly. I am smart and am redirected easily. I seek out my crate when I am tired or need a break, however I am not old enough to be fully crate/potty trained yet.  I would benefit from puppy training. I will also require a fence. If you are looking for a calmer dog who is ok with snuggling, or hanging out solo, I’m your girl! Helena is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Helena ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
